Your First Step to Motivation: The Basics of Building Motivation that Snowballs

D/C Russ here. I know there’s a lot of advice about motivation. But I want to cut through all of that by going right back to the basics.

In this video I share with you the cornerstone to building motivation that builds itself. It’s not hard, it’s not complicated, and it doesn’t involve a bunch of no-nonsense actions.

You’ll be amazed at how simple but profound this video is. In order to become a massively motivated individual, all you have to do is take the first small step, which I give you in this short video. Enjoy!

Great video, saw your comment about breathing on Vic’s post.

What do you think about Wim Hof breathing method?

Also, if you don’t mind — I like your landing page for Week of Power, which service did you use?

Thanks brother. Wim Hof’s method is pretty amazing. I taught it to a group of students and they were blown away. I wrote about it in one of my books, I think ‘Manifest Now’. Anyway, yeah very powerful stuff and has many uses.

I hand-coded the Week of Power landing page with HTML & CSS. But you could achieve the same effect with WordPress and the Visual Composer plugin. Both free and easy to use.
